CDN Audio Visual Freezer Alarm Review
Auto-defrost refrigerators/freezers cycle their temperature between 0 degrees F and above 25 degrees F. Unfortunately, this alarm doesn't accomodate the cycle resulting in false alarms. The owners manual offers a cop-out solution, "wrap the sensor in foam". OK -- so how does one calibrate the sensor and know that it is set properly? It would take a lot of trial an error, adding foam, removing foam . . . who has time for that?
