Took 2 weeks to get here, but it's a great kegerator. Way more versatile, attractive, and quieter than the Beertender.
Also eliminates the need to buy Heineken Beertender tubes. It has a permanent one and an easy way to clean it between kegs.
It handles the pressurized kegs (Heiniken) as is, and can handle non-pressurized kegs if you buy an optional CO2 kit. With the kit, it can handle any 5L mini-keg.
