When this unit was working it worked well. The problem is that it failed in less than one year of use. The top zone now fails to control the temp. We have it set to 60 but the actual temp is 45. We bought the unit via Compact Appliances seller. We opted for a 2 year extended service plan but the problem is that there are no EdgeStar service centers in South West Florida. Compact Appliances failed to tell us that. Our recommendation is to stay away from this model from EdgeStar or avoid EdgeStar completely.
