I really wanted to like this product, but I could not receive one that actually worked. The first one I received had a huge dent in it. The second one did not cool correctly. The third one has broken glass and cut my finger. I had enough at this point. Their customer service was poor. It took a long time to get my refund. They first told me that they could not refund my amazon account. They said they would have to send me a check. Then 2 weeks later, they credited my amazon account. I did finally get my money, but needless to say, I will never buy anything from this company again.
