I really liked this product for the few weeks that it worked. It started out with my opening the box (it was a gift) only to discover the power cord had not been included. I emailed Sharper Image and they immediately sent one out. One point in their favor. I used it about half a dozen times and it just quite working. Would not take a charge, would not do a thing...just died. I was very disappointed once again in a Sharper image product.The Sharper Image KP-W140 Wine Preservation System, Black Overview
