Krups B100 Beertender Review
This is a quality piece of equipment that exceeds expectations for a $99 unit. It appears identical to the T-Fal unit but bears the Krupps label. The system uses Peltier cooling which is not as robust as refrigerant but draws far less power. As a result it takes 18 hours to cool a 5 litre container of beer from room temperature. Pre-cooling in your refrigerator obviates this issue. This is not an inexpensive way to drink beer, but it is fun and delivers the appropriate amount of carbonation.
