If you buy this part, make sure you give it 24 hours to work. I was expecting it to start working right away as soon as I installed it. I was very frustrated when I didn't see the dial start to spin when installed. I actually took the part out and sent it back thinking it was defective. Well it turns out the part has an internal thermostat that has to get cold to the right temperature in order to kick the icemaker on. They failed to leave out this very important bit of information.
