Very cool idea, but mine doesn't work well.Will not maintain wireless connection to the temp probe. Has to be turned on & off multiple times to connect & then only transmits for about a minute. It doesn't matter whether the probe is in the refrigerator or lying next to the display it just won't stay connected. Unfortunately it was a gift & therefore no warranty service. It may be just a fluke in my case however for $50.00 I'm not willing to try another one. I'd stick with the one-piece digital for $17.00 if I were you.
